Maryam Zadeh's fresh perspective and positive attitude shines through in all her real estate dealings. With over 15 years of experience along with having grown up within a family of both designers and investment consultants, she maintains a deep appreciation for quality and taste, and utilizes her innate creativity and financial savvy to the benefit of her diverse clientele.
Always approaching her client’s business with great knowledge, loyalty and confidence, Maryam does recognize that every buyer and seller has widely varied goals. “I realize that helping someone find the right home to purchase or sell requires a professional who will pay attention to all of the details. Whether my clients are from the New York City area or out-of-town, I listen to the specific needs at hand before answering their questions with the most accurate, up-to-date information - truly key to making sound decisions.”
While she has always maintained her office in Greenwich Village and worked actively in the surrounding downtown areas primarily East Village, West Village, Tribeca and Lower East Side; Maryam has also incredible experience with her client’s needs uptown in the posh buildings of the Upper East Side as well as proven a pioneer in uncharted territory of the far eastern neighborhoods of Brooklyn including South Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Bed- Stuyvesant, Clinton Hill, Gowanus and Leffert’s Garden -- ALL well before the large mass attention. In fact she has record breaking sales in all these neighborhoods. Getting to know Maryam you will see how she loves to explore New York and how it has enabled her to use intricate knowledge of nearly all the boroughs to spot previously overlooked properties and to find new ones. This rare attribute has indeed created several record-breaking sales for her clients and in some instances incredible homes & investments in areas her clients sometime never initially considered. “Finding the beauty of what is possible isn’t always easy for some people, but it is an important quality to have in a good agent when looking to buy and when needing to sell.” Whether the transaction in question is Residential or Commercial, she is truly happy to serve where duty calls no matter what the city locale.
A graduate from the University of Texas in Dallas with a bachelor’s degree in communications, Maryam worked in marketing for the music industry for over four years, two of which were in Los Angeles. She also developed strategic business ventures with private investors before entering the real estate industry, first in Texas and ultimately Manhattan. She serves on the Board of Directors in her own cooperative building, enjoys learning about different cultures through worldwide travel, and has a passion for music, fashion and modern art.
